A client of ours wanted to build a paintball facility. Our mission was to make that happen.

This process began in late 2007. In an effort to “get the doors open” by January 2008, we had to compress the processing timelines. The minimum amount of time required for permitting was 90 days. If we missed or messed up any particular stage of that process it would add 30 days to the completion date that we just did not have. Our team found a way to get through the permitting process as fast as it could be done (we thanks the fine folks at Osceola County). We have to make/buy equipment for delivery in just two months.

Xtreme Paintball Xperience opened for business on January 19, 2008. By June 2008 its vendors were offering congratulations for have achieved a level of business commensurate with other facilities that had been in business for 20 years.
